Responsibilities for the Global CEO Advisor - Crypto and Fintech role:

  • Multi-Company Strategy: Be pivotal in creating a strategy to glue the various companies (mentioned above) across Payments, Crypto and Banking into a consolidated platform that will enable success, growth and route to market.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Chairman and senior leadership team, offering strategic insights and guidance to develop a cohesive strategy that aligns with the overarching objectives of each company within the group, covering Crypto, Payments and Banking.
  • Business Optimization: Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and drive operational efficiencies across the payment gateway, crypto exchange, crypto payments platform, layer 1 blockchain, and digital bank.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Foster synergies and collaboration among business units, facilitating cross-functional initiatives and innovation to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Governance and Compliance: Advise and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and compliance standards specific to the Fintech industry, mitigating risks and safeguarding the reputation and integrity of the group of companies.

Experience required for the Global CEO Advisor - Crypto and Fintech role:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor or executive leader within the Fintech and Crypto sector, with a deep understanding of payment gateways, crypto exchanges, blockchain technologies, and digital banking platforms.
  • Track record: Experience of taking a company or group of consolidated companies from MVP to launch with clear indicators of market success.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and execute transformative strategies that drive business expansion, revenue generation, and sustainable growth across diverse business verticals.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, coupled with the capacity to interpret complex data, trends, and market insights to make informed decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
