Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Female Executive Assistant to the Chairman for one of our prestigious real estate client in Dubai.The Executive Assistant to the Chairman plays a crucial role in managing the daily corporaterelated activities of the Chairman ensuring that operations run smoothly and that the Chairman can focus on strategic decisionmaking. Here are the primary responsibilities associated with this role.The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in managing the Chairmans daily corporate activities ensuring smooth operations and enabling the Chairman to focus on strategic decisionmaking. This role is crucial in providing highlevel administrative support managing corporate tasks and ensuring seamless office operations. The Executive Assistant will also act as a key point of contact and facilitator of communication between the Chairman and various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage the Chairman s calendar scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements to optimize productivity.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and ensure the Chairman is wellprepared for all engagements.

- Organize attend and coordinate all meetings for the Chairman ensuring proper logistics including venue arrangements and required materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Communication Management:
- Handle incoming correspondence such as emails phone calls and messages prioritizing urgent matters for the Chairman s attention.

- Prepare and format reports presentations and other documents for meetings ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

- Assist the Chairman with various projects by coordinating necessary information tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange business travel itineraries for the Chairman including transportation accommodation and meeting schedules for both domestic and international trips.

Requirements Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting highlevel executives or senior management.
Education:
- A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent command of English with proficiency in Arabic and possibly French being an advantage.

- High level of discretion professionalism and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
- The Executive Assistant may be required to work flexible hours based on the Chairmans schedule including evenings and weekends.
