About This Opportunity

SUPERDUPER is seeking a talented individual to join its team as Head of Institutional Sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering company driving innovation in the Web3 space.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Web3 & crypto market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with top investors in the Web3 space.
  • Crafting and executing strategic plans to close inward investments.
  • Representing SUPERDUPER at global engagements.
  • Overseeing all capital raising efforts.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Objectives for First 6 Months

  • Establishing the Sales Department as a key driver of business growth.
  • Developing a robust understanding of investor needs and preferences.
  • Expanding our network of institutional capital partners.
  • Executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in capital raising and deal-making.
  • A strong network of institutional investors.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends and investor psychology.
  • A passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
