Responsiblefor:
A. Financial & Share Holders
Operatewithin the target departmental Budgets as per set by the Head ofInstitutional Desk 1015 of department targets)
Achieve targets through service excellence in and a timelyarticulate reporting
Work closely with Salestraders to insure best executions for allclients.
B. Customer (Internal & External):
Execute Buy and sell orders on behalf of Institutionalclients.
Execute orders passed by the SalesTraders and report in a timely fashion. Work on sourcing liquidityfrom other Brokers/Clients and build a database of available blocksecurities.
Document orders and transactionsregarding trading activities.
Manage orderdistribution within the team.
Perform tradesmanually on market system in the event of OMS breakdown (Aftertaking the required approvals)
Respond tocustomer requests for buy and sell of stocks via any authorizedcommunication channel.
Process orders forms andapplications for purchase or sale of securities.
Maintain a high standard of professional to all clients enablingthem to differentiate between FABS and otherplayers.
Prepare documents which requirephysical signature of the customer.
Performcustomer information validation and order validation while takingorders on a particular transaction from thecustomer.
In case of customer dispute escalationinform the Senior Sales Trader of disputes as the 1st level ofescalation.
Call assigned clients on daily orweekly bases to discuss markets and ideas
Arrange to meet with clients himself or with salesteam
C. Internal (Processes Products Regulatory :
Assist the trading department inconverting leads of Institutional clients by marketing the deskstrading and capabilities and intelligence flow in all activemarkets and successfully presenting the service offerings of FABSand their value proposition
Ensure adherence tolegal compliance and risk management policies and procedures andregulations
Ensuring efficient and professionalmanagement of orders of transactions and reporting oftrades.
Prepare daily and weekly call reportsand send it to Head of Desk
Update regularly therelated clients profilesheets.
D. Learning & Knowledge:
Constantly enhance brokerage capabilities to cover regional andinternational markets.
Keeping abreast with theproduct knowledge and assist in developing marketintelligence.
Undertaking programs and coursesas per the regulatory requirements.
Undergoonline training programs as provided by theOrganization.
E. Other:
Ensure a high standard ofconfidentiality and ethical trading to safeguard the client and theorganizations best interest.
Other duties asassigned for specialprojects.

Qualifications:
- 4 years ofexperience in relationship management with at least 3 years in abrokerage firm with Broker Dealer experiencepreferred
- Graduate degree in finance /marketing /economics /marketing
- Strongrelationship management and business development/salesskills
- Welldeveloped analytical andproblemsolving skills
- Knowledge about ESCA andUAE marketsregulations
