Institutional Sales Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a results-driven Institutional Sales Lead to join our team at Generative Futures. As a key member of our institutional sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to onboard institutional clients in the crypto industry.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional investors
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Educate clients on digital assets, trading strategies, and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in institutional sales within crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong network of institutional investors and HNWIs in the region
- Deep understanding of crypto trading, market-making, and blockchain technology
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
