We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at MEFITPRO.

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary:** AED 48,000 per year (approx. AED 4,000 per month)

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting transaction posting, reconciling stock levels with financial records, and resolving discrepancies.

They will also handle accounts payable and receivable related to warehouse and e-commerce operations, oversee the financial aspects of e-commerce orders, including invoicing, payment tracking, and refunds.

Furthermore, they will prepare detailed reports on inventory, financial performance, and administrative operations, perform administrative tasks such as maintaining documentation, handling vendor communication, and supporting procurement processes.

Additionally, they will utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally, Sage) and e-commerce platforms to post entries, track transactions, and manage records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 to 2 years of UAE experience.

They should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management, proficiency in accounting software - Sage or any ERP, and experience in accounting for e-commerce operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  2. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of UAE experience
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management
  4. Proficiency in accounting software - Sage or any ERP
  5. Experience in accounting for e-commerce operations is highly preferred
  6. Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
