As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Ensure effective communication with the Housekeeping Department, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional guest services, including responding to guest requests and preferences.
    • Ensure that guest rooms are clean and ready for arrival, and that all guest amenities are available.
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure that all necessary supplies are available and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure the safety and security of all housekeeping staff and guests.
    • Report any safety or security concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
