Inventory Management: Champion the Housekeeping Department's responsibilities related to the inventory process by working closely with the Housekeeping Manager Assistant and Housekeeping Manager to maximize operational efficiency and ensure the protection of hotel assets.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of Hotel facilities, including guestrooms and all public areas, in accordance with health and safety standards.

Telephone Operations: Answer the telephone as per hotel standards, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Call Logging: Record every telephone call in a log book/database, noting the action taken, who is responsible, and whom the call was received by.

Key Inventory: Take key inventory to ensure all section keys/master keys are accounted for, preventing unauthorized access.

Guest Services: Run an in-house guest list, rollaway/crib report, check-out list, from the Property Management System, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Uniform Management: Oversee the effective operation of the Uniform Room, alter and repair employee uniforms, maintaining a professional image.

Employee Records: Maintain employee records regarding number of uniforms issued, size, repairs completed, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
