Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various strategic channels.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and build strong client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Product Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our Self-Service Kiosks, QA services, DevOps solutions, and Odoo ERP systems to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably with international clients, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and technologies, including Self-Service Kiosks, Software QA, DevOps, and Odoo ERP.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, enhancing the ability to communicate effectively with global clients.
