Job Description

The Administrative Assistant role at Mideast Data Systems LLC involves providing high-level administrative support to the Direct Manager and team. Key responsibilities include performing various clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, receiving and directing incoming correspondences, and preparing reports.

Main Duties:
  • Ensure timely and professional administration of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate schedules for direct manager and team members
  • Manage and respond to all incoming correspondence in a prompt manner
  • Screen and forward phone calls, taking notes as required
  • Prepare letters, replies, and reports as requested by the direct manager
  • Handle office expenses, invoices, and payments, with timely reporting
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Relevant experience of 0-3 years is also essential for this role.
