As a Sales Executive or Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients, with a focus on building new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients to identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
  • Keep the pipeline in the CRM up to date and provide regular reports on new vs existing business, opportunity status, and timely processing of inquiries.
  • Be proactive in sales outreach using all available tools to ensure that potential and current clients are visited and contacted regularly.
  • Grow the database of clients by identifying new opportunities and providing input into the development of new products and services.
  • Monitor progress regularly to ensure targets are met and take corrective action as required.
  • Prepare invoice requests ensuring correct costing and pricing is used and follow up to ensure payments are made prior to course commencement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a sales/account management role, preferably from the training and education industry.
  • Experience in corporate education and/or dealing with the government sector in the UAE would be considered a plus.
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office Suite and ideally ERP, CRM, or a similar database to a basic level, Internet, and email.
  • Able to understand and work a basic P&L.
  • Relevant degree in Business or another higher education discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent level of English, Arabic is a plus.
