Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at GatedTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving a high-performance culture and business growth.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture and achieve business objectives.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a HR role, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the [industry] industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Payroll and HR Operations: Experience in handling payroll and other HR operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential.
