Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to telephone enquiries from clients and record information on CRM systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide administrative support for walk-in customers and assist with sales and lease processing.
  • Data Management: Log all data, including accounting and client information, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for management, including leads, deals, and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Prepare invoices and monitor monthly income sheets.
