Legal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with all aspects of day-to-day general administration work, legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements under the supervision of supervisor to enhance the effectiveness of the Legal Department.
- Advise and assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation, contracts, agency agreements, leases under the direction and supervision of the Head of Legal.
- Liaise with external counsels and Law Firms on the matter of Reservation Form, SPA, Disclosure Statement, JOPD, Trademark Registration and related matters. Assist to provide required documents to the external counsels and law firms related to the litigation cases.
- Liaise with different government and semi government authorities like economic department, police, notary public, courts, and land department to accomplish different day to day tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal and Provide support to prepare the required document in this regard.
- Provide general legal, clerical, record keeping and administrative work and conduct legal research and due diligence on the applicable law on specific issues.
- Assist to resolve the legal queries raised by different departments and arrange external and internal meetings.
- Translate all legal and general documents into Arabic as required by the different departments.
- Assisting the Head of Legal with all daily legal matters to insure a smooth workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
- Role specific qualification - UAE Laws, Contract Legal Drafting.
- Languages - English & Arabic.
- Advanced level of computer 7 software proficiency.
