**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Maintain and update office calendars, scheduling appointments and property showings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

**Document Management**:Prepare, format, and proofread documents, including contracts, listings, and agreements.
Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and reports.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.

**Database Management**:Input and update property listings, client information, and other data in the agency's database or CRM system.
Generate reports and compile data as needed for real estate transactions and marketing efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
