Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff members and clients as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Emirati national with family book.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 Years of experience as PRO / Admin / HR
- In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English and Arabic.
