- Preparation of Final EDS after collecting the Documents from Mudassir. Then uploading it in Odoo and tag the Sales Person.
- Booking Couriers.
- Containers Tracking.
- Express Tracking (courier).

**Administration & Sales Coordination**
- Issuance of Job Orders
- Data Entry of Missing Products in ERP System.
- Making sure of receiving full product Details (Can Color, Cap Color, Carton Base Color, any other special instructions given by Sales Team.
- Making Sure that the Costing and the Formula is Complete.
- Making Sure that the Artworks are Complete & Approved.
- Confirmation of Advanced Payment from Accounts Department.
- Making Sure that the BL Instructions, Invoice Instructions, Preferred Shipping line, any other Logistics instructions is complete.
- Artworks Proof Reading and Approval.
- Coordination with the Sales team.
- Making Sure that Customer Details are Complete in the ERP System.
- Creation and Renewal of Certificates (ESMA, ISO, etc. )

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
