About The Job

The Petshop is looking for a seasoned professional to join its leadership team as the B2B Sales Leadership Role. As the head of our B2B division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, process optimization, and customer engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the B2B business, expand our customer base, and increase market penetration.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B sales team to enhance performance and drive results.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, systems, and operational workflows.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure effective supply chain coordination along with internal teams to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact with potential customers and actual customers for any issues relating to our products or services.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure proper tracking and timely collection of payments.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution business with proven experience in B2B sales leadership.
  • Trade Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of trade marketing and distributor operations.
  • Results-Driven Professional: Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • UAE Driver's License: Required.
