Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a B2B Sales Specialist. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you are the driving force behind our business growth by identifying and engaging with potential new customers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales calls, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for sales. You'll be instrumental in developing processes and expanding our customer base, all while building a rewarding career in tech sales.
Required Skills
- Sales Acumen: 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service), with a demonstrated capability to engage new clients proactively.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively articulate AgenixHub's value and foster relationships with potential customers.
- Flexibility: A high sense of urgency and adaptability to tailor conversation strategies on the fly to match the diverse needs of prospects.
- Team Player: Commitment to team success and process improvement, alongside meeting individual targets.
- Learning and Growth: An eagerness to develop your sales skills and advance your career within a fast-paced tech sales environment.
- Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
