Job Description
TheB2B Sales Lead will be responsible for driving the growth andmanagement of the BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) segment focusingprimarily on building and nurturing corporate clientrelationships.

KeyResponsibilities:

Corporate ClientDevelopment:

  • Cultivateand expand partnerships with corporate clients for gifting eventsand promotional activities.
  • Actively sourceleads secure agreements and oversee the full sales cycle.
    Partner with internal departments such as Design Finance Productionand
  • Logistics to deliver custom solutions thatalign with client requirements ensuring timely delivery and optimalmargins.
  • Strengthen and expand the portfolio ofcorporate clients fostering repeat business and longtermrelationships.

Project Management:

  • Manage all B2B projects ensuring seamlessexecution from initiation tocompletion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams todeliver highquality results on schedule while meeting marginobjectives.
  • Champion a culture ofresponsibility precision and timely project delivery.

ClientRelationship Building:

  • Establish and sustain robust relationships withcorporate clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction loyalty andpositive feedback.
  • Work alongside theleadership team to optimize strategies and enhance profitabilitywithin the B2B segment.

Sales Growth:

  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals within thecorporate client category.
  • Develop andimplement creative sales strategies to expand the B2Bbusiness.

CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

  • Liaisewith teams across various departments including Design FinanceProduction and Logistics to ensure flawless execution of B2Binitiatives.
