The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential for effective communication with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and other departments as required.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for executives, employees, and clients.
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces are well-maintained and organized.
