Administrative Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Liaison to join our team at C1. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing all interactions with employees, affiliates, vendors, and other third parties.

Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all office visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Manage the inventory of office items and merchandise.
- Coordinate the visitor process, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Operate the booking system with ease and efficiency.
- Maintain a comprehensive register of all visitors.
- Cover the Social Hub as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administration or receptionist role.
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
