About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Liaison Officer to join our team at Clairvoyant Facility Management LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Preparation: Prepare and type various documents, including letters, reports, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic languages.
  2. Accuracy and Formatting: Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of documents.
  3. Liaison Services: Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development, and other relevant government departments.
  4. Document Submission: Submit and process documents, applications, and paperwork required for government approvals and permits.
  5. Visa Support: Assist employees with visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Business License Renewal: Monitor and manage the renewal of business licenses, trade licenses, and permits as required.
  8. Renewal Coordination: Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure timely renewals.
  9. Drafting and Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  10. Legal Documentation: Ensure that all legal documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
  11. Translation Services: Provide translation services, particularly between English and Arabic, to facilitate communication between the organization and government entities.
  12. Public Relations: Handle public relations duties, including organizing events, press releases, and communication with media outlets.
  13. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.
  14. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all government-related documents, applications, and approvals.
  15. Accessibility: Ensure documents are easily accessible when needed for reference or audits.
  16. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in UAE regulations and labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance.
  17. Compliance Advice: Advise the management team on any necessary actions to maintain compliance.
  18. Communication: Effectively communicate with employees, management, and external parties regarding government-related matters.
  19. Status Updates: Provide timely updates on the status of applications and approvals.
  20. Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and government policies affecting the organization's operations.
  21. Procedure Updates: Stay informed about updates and changes in government procedures and requirements.
  22. Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries of PRO activities for management and compliance purposes.
