About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Liaison Officer to join our team at Clairvoyant Facility Management LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Prepare and type various documents, including letters, reports, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic languages.
- Accuracy and Formatting: Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of documents.
- Liaison Services: Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development, and other relevant government departments.
- Document Submission: Submit and process documents, applications, and paperwork required for government approvals and permits.
- Visa Support: Assist employees with visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with UAE immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Business License Renewal: Monitor and manage the renewal of business licenses, trade licenses, and permits as required.
- Renewal Coordination: Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure timely renewals.
- Drafting and Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Legal Documentation: Ensure that all legal documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
- Translation Services: Provide translation services, particularly between English and Arabic, to facilitate communication between the organization and government entities.
- Public Relations: Handle public relations duties, including organizing events, press releases, and communication with media outlets.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all government-related documents, applications, and approvals.
- Accessibility: Ensure documents are easily accessible when needed for reference or audits.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in UAE regulations and labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance.
