- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out procedures and any issues or concerns.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to implement new initiatives and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of previous Guest Service/Front Desk experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and other hotel software.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
