  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out procedures and any issues or concerns.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to implement new initiatives and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of previous Guest Service/Front Desk experience in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
    • Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and other hotel software.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
