Key Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service professional to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm welcome to our hotel.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably in a front desk or guest service role.
  • Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and messaging systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
