We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Representative to join our team. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting customers, providing information about flight experiences, safety procedures, and packages, as well as managing bookings and reservations through our system.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Provide information about flight experiences, safety procedures, and packages.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manage bookings and reservations through the system, ensuring smooth scheduling.
  • Coordinate flight rosters and ensure pilots are aware of their schedules.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Assist with check-ins and pre-flight briefings.
  • Ensure all customer details and waivers are completed correctly.
  • Promote experiences, upgrades, and merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or any relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience in tourism, attractions, or adventure-based customer service.
