1. Guest Services:
   1. Foster strong relationships with guests through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
   2. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
2. Property Support:
   1. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations during peak periods.
3. Requirements:
   1. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
   2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will possess a strong customer focus, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility in their schedule.
