We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional culinary experiences.

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that we receive the highest quality ingredients and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests receive a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
