Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our Third-Party Marketplace team. This role is essential for driving the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises within the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and recruit high-potential selling partners to our marketplace.
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of selling partners to achieve product family goals.
  • Consultative Support: Act as a consultant to seller partners, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success.
  • Opportunity Identification: Spot key business opportunities through analysis of popular brands, trends, and pricing.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis on issues affecting partner performance and provide feedback for product development.
  • Education: Work closely with selling partners to educate them on high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development results, analyze data, and publish actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders to align initiatives that drive growth for your portfolio.
Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
