Sales Account Executive

As a vital member of our team at Precision Hire Solution, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to expand market share and elevate visibility for our designated product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies in collaboration with Product Managers to optimize product line performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on our market position and share insights with Product Managers to inform decision-making.
- Marketing Execution: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute marketing plans and assess the success of various initiatives.
- Channel Development: Propose tailored Reseller Programs for diverse channel segments to ensure optimal product penetration and sales.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring successful closures through effective negotiations and value propositions.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors at all levels to enhance collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A degree with 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor products and solutions within the IT infrastructure sector.
- Strong time management, decision-making, and planning capabilities.
- Experience in IT channel distribution, systems integrators, or vendor environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiation and execution skills to foster mutual growth.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders, including credit, marketing, and logistics teams.
