Al Nahiya Group is seeking an Administrative Support Officer - Engineering to provide administrative support to our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Engineering Asset Controller and Engineering Coordinator as required, supporting data migration as needed, and maintaining weekly/monthly checklists.
The role involves reviewing, verifying and completing electronic filing of on and offshore engineering-related documents in line with department procedures. This includes issuing onshore job cards and checklists as required, updating completed job cards within Navision and filing soft copies accordingly, and maintaining weekly/monthly checklists.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 3 years' previous work experience in a similar or administration role. They should also have certification in administration-related courses, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and exceptional administrative skills and high organization.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Engineering team
- Assisting the Engineering Asset Controller and Engineering Coordinator as required
- Supporting data migration as needed
- Maintaining weekly/monthly checklists
