The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our office, managing phone calls, coordinating schedules, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks. They will also be expected to evaluate and optimize the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and professional environment for all guests, ensuring a first-class impression of the company.
- Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and employees in both Arabic and English, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of conference room schedules, meeting appointments, and client visits.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient completion of tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
- Evaluate and optimize the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, particularly with Arabic and English translation when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Owning a valid visa with NOC.
- Desirable: previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating office equipment and software (e.g. MS Office Suite).
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic workplace setting.
