We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our construction and building sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping
  2. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  3. Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
  4. Basic accounting work, submitting and reconciling expense reports
  5. Providing front desk reception duties, including handling phone calls and distributing correspondence

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
