Role Overview

As an Airport Services Coordinator with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Coordination: Collaborate with the Concierge and Guest Relations teams to compile a comprehensive daily guest arrival list based on flight schedules.
  • Transportation Management: Work closely with the Chief Concierge to determine the appropriate number of vehicles required for incoming guests.
  • Welcoming Guests: Personally greet guests at the airport's arrival hall, providing them with essential arrival and departure information.
  • Logistics Support: Arrange transportation or room accommodations for guests who may require immediate assistance.
  • Vehicle Standards: Ensure that all hotel vehicles are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Guest Amenities: Guarantee that guests are offered complimentary bottles of water and cold towels by the drivers upon arrival.
  • Baggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage during both arrival and departure at the airport.
  • Farewell Services: Bid farewell to guests at the airport and assist them with airline check-in procedures.
  • VIP Coordination: Keep the Concierge and Guest Relations informed about group and VIP movements for tailored service.
  • Flight Information: Provide timely flight updates to the Concierge and Guest Relations teams.
  • Lost Baggage Assistance: Manage any issues related to baggage lost in transit.
  • Flight Reconfirmation: Handle requests for flight reconfirmation as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the department head.
  • Complaint Management: Address guest complaints and report any concerns to the Chief Concierge for further service recovery actions.
