Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airport Representative to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. As an Airport Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with our Concierge and Guest Relations teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Guest Arrivals: Work closely with Concierge and Guest Relations to prepare daily guest arrival lists by flight details, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate with the Chief Concierge to determine the number of cars needed for expected arrivals, ensuring timely and convenient transportation for our guests.
  • Guest Greeting and Assistance: Greet guests at the airport's arrival hall, providing arrival and departure details, and assisting with airline check-in procedures.
  • Baggage Handling: Handle guest baggage for arrival and departure at the airport, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
  • Guest Services: Arrange transportation or room reservations for walk-out guests, and ensure that hotel cars meet cleanliness standards.
  • Guest Amenities: Offer bottles of water and cold towels to guests by the driver, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Communication: Advise Concierge and Guest Relations on group and VIP movements, and provide flight information to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and report any concerns to the Chief Concierge for further service recovery actions.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable duties required by the department head from time to time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
