  4. Documentation and Records: Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Ground Handling agent (GHA) to ensure quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers, and to ensure that all airport services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  6. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise, ensuring that all airport services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. High School Qualification: A high school qualification is required for this role.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, are essential for this role.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation are required for this role.
  4. Computer Literacy: A high level of computer literacy is required for this role.
  5. Experience: 0-3 years of job-related experience is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the airline/travel industry/hospitality.
