  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the Club Millesime team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Club Millesime team and the hotel management, ensuring that all guest feedback and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
