Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials and supplies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill internal requests for materials and supplies promptly.
  • Stock Rotation: Implement and maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation system to minimize waste and ensure optimal use of materials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and free from hazards, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP9 & Tally Prime.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel.
  • Experience: Tally ERP9: 1 year (Required)
  • Storekeeper within UAE: 1 year (Required)
