Job Description

As a Client Support Technician at CloudPSO Inc, you will be providing IT support to small businesses in the Financial Services sector, including hedge funds and family offices. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle escalations from the helpdesk, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
  2. Troubleshoot and configure network and infrastructure issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Technical Areas of Focus:

  1. Switches and Routers
  2. Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs)
  3. Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  4. Windows Operating Systems
  5. VMware & vSphere servers
  6. VOIP phone systems
