Desktop Infrastructure

  • Develop and implement software automation and deployment strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Security and Compliance
  • Implement end-user computing security best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our desktop infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the delivery of high-quality desktop solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5 to 10 years of experience in desktop engineering, with a focus on IT solutions and business technology.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills in desktop engineering, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and VDI.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
