We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team as a Strategic Account Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in the private and public sectors.
- Work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to drive and grow key client relationships.
- Act as a product expert and be the voice of the customer internally with our sales, development, and marketing teams.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree at minimum, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluently Arabic / English bilingual.
- Capable of developing strategic long-term plans for customers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage all aspects of a project.
- Comfortable working with an international team with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products.
- Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a team player.
