Key Account Growth Manager

Antal International is seeking a seasoned professional to drive key account growth and business development.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the CIS market.
Fluent Russian language skills are essential, accompanied by exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth is crucial for this role.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels are also necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and excellent time management skills will enable the candidate to multitask in a fast-paced environment effectively.
Negotiation and presentation skills to communicate the value of our products/services to clients will be highly valued.
