Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team at MasterHR. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
