Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer - Customer Service Operation. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide support to agents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding and training.
- Financial Transaction Processing: Assist the finance team in reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
- Data Management: Oversee and manage FTP uploads, ensuring data transfer and file sharing are secure and efficient.
- Security and Compliance: Administer and support one-time password activities for user authentication and data security.
- Network and System Management: Maintain and secure browsers and applications for safe use, manage access levels and permissions for users, and ensure data protection.
- Location and Network Data: Manage and update location information and network data to ensure accurate service availability.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with the IT team to address network-related issues and improvements.
- Currency Updates: Oversee currency updates and modifications to align with changing financial regulations.
- System and Documentation Updates: Ensure all systems and documentation are updated accordingly.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule services, ensuring timely delivery.
- Service Scheduling: Manage services schedules and rescheduling as needed.
- Financial Transaction Processing: Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.
- Transaction Amendments: Handle transaction amendments as required by customers or regulatory changes.
- Authorization and Approval: Authorize and approve transactions within defined limits.
- Transaction Cancellations: Handle transaction amendments or cancellations following established procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 2-3 Yrs. experience in operations and data management, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Skills: Strong data management and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, proficiency in relevant software and data processing tools, time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, knowledge of data management and security best practices, familiarity with transaction processing and credit management.
