Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at CLYMB Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth, improve market share, and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide ongoing technical and sales support, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
