**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans to maximize customer retention and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Advocate for key accounts' interests within the company.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in key account management, customer relationship management, or sales roles within the power/utility or multinational organizations.
- Proven track record in key account management, strong strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.
