Key Account Executive

At Talent Pal, we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our key customers.
Job Purpose:
As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and collection targets, negotiating and finalizing business development agreements with customers, and implementing annual business development agreements. You will also be responsible for planning and executing brand activations for customers, coordinating with stakeholders, and controlling the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitive events of our products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Negotiate and finalize business development agreements with customers.
- Implement annual business development agreements.
- Plan and execute brand activations for customers.
- Control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitive events of our products.
- Control credit notes and money collections.
- Maintain clean and reconciled books of account.
- Identify and highlight customer opportunities and report on competitors' activities.
- Maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers.
- Communicate with key account customers, headquarters, and supermarket staff.
- Foster good communication among internal departments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A growth mindset.
- Team commitment.
- Customer management and selling essentials.
- Objective analytical power.
- Influencing others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid driving license.
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic language.
