Key Account Executive

At Talent Pal, we're looking for a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets
- Negotiate and finalize business development agreements with customers
- Implement annual business development agreements and plan/executed brand activations for customers
- Control visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitive events
- Manage credit notes/money collections and maintain clean and reconciled books of account
- Identify and highlight customer opportunities and report on competitors' activities
- Maintain stock holding reports for warehouse customers
- Communicate with key account customers, headquarters, and supermarket staff
- Foster good communication among internal departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driving license
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic language
