Main Responsibilities:

  4. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, distributor feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  5. Sales Enablement: Organize regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations to enhance distributor knowledge and sales capabilities.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of distributor-related issues.
  7. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports detailing distributor performance, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.
