Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves managing the airline partnerships portfolio, executing commercial strategies to maximise revenue, and optimising member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, identify opportunities for growth, and execute commercial strategies to maximise revenue.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Track performance, analyse effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Member Experience: Optimise member proposition, business processes, systems, and legal documentation to enhance member experience.
  4. Troubleshooting: Address partner or member inquiries, technical failures, billing issues, and consult with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a commercial or business management field.
  • 5+ years experience in airline management and/or relationship management/account management.
  • 5+ years experience in loyalty programs, analytics, or finance is preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, ability to interpret data, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and relationship management skills.
